Enrolment Procedures
To be enrolled into a Course, simply complete an enrolment form and send it to the Italian Didactic Centre of SA Inc and/or the Ethnic School Teacher along with the Course fee.
Students who enrol into a Course other than the Out of School Hours Courses will be issued with a confirmation letter and a Tax Invoice/Statement for payment.
How to Pay
All fees must be paid in advance to the Italian Didactic Centre of SA Inc. prior to the scheduled start date of the Course, only with the exception of our R-12 Courses for which payments may be made at the beginning of each Term or, if desired, the Yearly fee may be paid upfront.
By Post: Post your cheque/money order to Italian Didactic Centre, C/- Campbelltown Primary School, 11 Ind Street, Paradise SA 5075.
Paying in Person: To the Italian Didactic Centre, C/- Campbelltown Primary School, 11 Ind Street, Paradise SA 5075 by cash, cheque, or money order.
To the Ethnic School Teacher: Pay by cash, cheque, or money order.
Please Note: All Cheques and Money Orders are to be made payable to the Italian Didactic Centre of South Australia Incorporated
Course Refund & Cancellation Conditions
Once we have processed your enrolment we are unable to arrange any kind of refund except under the following circumstances:
· A refund will be made when a Course is cancelled by the Italian Didactic Centre of SA Inc.
· The Italian Didactic Centre of SA Inc. reserves the right to cancel, alter or amend classes. Classes may be cancelled before the scheduled start date or during the Course when minimum numbers for a class is not reached or a teacher is not available. In such cases the full/remaining fee paid will be refunded.
· If a participant chooses to withdraw from the class, no refund of fees paid will be granted. The Italian Didactic Centre of SA Inc. won’t accept responsibility for changes to clients’ work or personal commitments and circumstances.
· The Italian Didactic Centre of SA Inc. reserves the right to cancel, alter or amend any of the arrangements contained in the program at any time.
Concessions & Special Provisions
No concessions apply. No discount will be given for late enrolments.
Requests for payment by instalments or to have special circumstances taken into account may be addressed to the Principal. The request will be taken into consideration with a reply outlining the decision and/or new payment options.
