All South Australian residents can apply.

TO BECOME A MEMBER

To become a member with the Italian Didactic Centre of SA Inc, simply complete an application for membership.

MEMBERSHIP APPROVAL

The Italian Didactic Centre of SA Inc may or may not approve a membership with no obligation to give reasons and any misuse of your membership may terminate your privileges.

Please note that by use of this membership you have agreed to be bound by the Terms and Conditions and all future amendments as advised by the Italian Didactic Centre of SA Inc. Also note that membership may be terminated if you do not comply with the guidelines outlined in this booklet.

SUPPORTING DOCUMENTATION

Please show staff current identification (Driver's Licence, Passport or Proof of Age Card) upon submission of the application.

SCHOOL/INSTITUTION APPLICATIONS

This category must be accompanied with a list of other user names and contact details from the School/Institute in order for other persons to borrow under the School/Institution membership.

AGE LIMITS

If you are under 18 years of age, a Parent/Caregiver needs to apply on behalf of the underage person.
